The Gelephu Corporate Registration Office (GCRO) is the authority which oversees the registration and ongoing compliance of entities in GMC.
The GCRO’s foundational regulatory mandate governs corporate registration and compliance, thereby maintaining the integrity and regulatory certainty of the corporate ecosystem which is aligned with GMC’s values of balance, sustainability, and well-being.
The Corporate Registration Lifecycle
The central role of the GCRO involves managing the complete corporate registration lifecycle and ensuring subsequent compliance. The structured registration process starts with the submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI) and preliminary business alignment assessment, followed by due diligence, regulatory screening, the issuance of incorporation certificates, and outlining ongoing compliance requirements.
